Born and raised in Woodland, California, Jesus began his career in the trucking industry at just 18 years old, earning his CDL and hitting the road with a flatbed across the state. With years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the industry’s challenges—especially the increasing fraud and lack of transparency—he was inspired to create a brokerage built on trust, integrity, and real support for truckers. Using the money he saved from trucking and backed by an associate’s degree, Jesus launched Ayon Logistic Services to bring honest, efficient freight solutions to shippers and drivers alike. His personal connections and lifelong dedication to the industry are the foundation of the company’s mission: to move freight the right way, while supporting the people who keep it moving.
